“I signed up for the tapping not quite knowing what to expect. I’ve heard of it, but didn’t really know how it worked. I signed up because I wanted to work on confidence-building. I’m not sure how to describe it, but it really unlocked something in my mind. It’s an incredibly helpful process, and Kate is a really great person to lead you on that journey. She is very calming, empathetic, and very understanding. I was able to do the session online and it was really convenient. I feel like Kate was attentive and supportive. She also lets you know the best ways to prepare for the session and what to expect in the days following the session. I really liked the process. I can see where it has helped me and would absolutely do another session with her.”

“I’m between CBT therapists. So when I found out Kate does these types of sessions- something less conventional, I felt like it was meant to be and enthusiastically booked with her. I sent her an embarrassingly long message explaining all of the current problems in my life – because I wasn’t sure which one to focus on first… which negative thoughts, feelings, ideas need to be cleared before moving on to the next thing. She pin-pointed exactly what I thought she would, and I suppose what my intuition was telling me- that a ton of my issues, bad recent experiences and painful emotions come from an overall lack of self-love. So we worked on that. I’ve done EMDR sessions before, and a ton of acupuncture over the years- both have consistently led to cathartic emotional releases. I wasn’t surprised that this had the same effect- I was crying within just a minute or so of us diving in to the tapping part. And as self-aware as I usually am, Kate pointed out some things during the session that I hadn’t been tuned into about myself/my feelings. And I definitely felt a shift in my energy at the end of the session. Kate is a really smart person, kind, and perceptive.

“Kate is a very intuitive healer and is very good at listening to clients and customizing the EFT session to the clients concern. I came to her with a situation that is very complex and specific to me and she was able to effectively navigate it in one session. I would highly recommend working with her!”

“I come from a family of western medicine doctors, so I had always been skeptical of any kind of alternative or holistic treatment. I’ve been more open to it recently, as a lot of traditional therapies such as SSRI’s and cognitive behavioral therapy have not helped my generalized anxiety disorder. I decided to give a session with Kate a try. I was still a little skeptical at the beginning of the session, and she was compassionate, non judgmental, and worked with my skepticism, using it to frame the therapy differently. She was  thorough about getting to my root issues, and asked very intelligent questions that led to breakthroughs and insights that other therapists had never thought to ask in the past. I was quite impressed. After the session, I noticed a sense of peace and calm. I will be going back to Kate! Highly recommend.”
